Delivery schedules are on 4 week rotations, unless major holiday which will be noted. None of our suburb locations have freezer space. You must meet the truck at the designated time in the parking lot, except for Vitality in Aurora which has a flex pick up, holding orders inside unrefrigerated.

If you have any 10lb cases in your cart, it will not offer FedEx shipping as an option in check out.
We ship to the 48 contingent states!
Orders placed by Saturday at 11:59PM each week are shipped out the following Wednesday
If you place an order today, it will be shipped out the following week, on Wed, and then arrive by your choice, 1 or 2 day shipping, Thursday or Friday.
Please be aware that the product may arrive at a partial thaw in the summer months, however, as long as it is 44.5 degrees Fahrenheit or colder, which are refrigeration temps, it is completely safe to freeze and re-thaw to feed. (This is actually exactly what happens to meat you buy for yourself in the grocery store).
